Every item is printed after you order it, so there is a production step before it ships. Printing takes up to three business days. Because printing is routed to a facility in or near your own country, delivery is then four to five business days to most destinations rather than depending on an international parcel. Most orders arrive within seven to eight business days of being placed. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves the print house.

Orders are printed at whichever facility is closest to you, which for most customers means their own country or region. We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, most of the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and Mexico. If your country is not in the checkout list, get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

Inside the United States, no. On international orders, any duties or import VAT are set by your own country and are not collected by us at checkout. They are payable by you on delivery. We keep the customs paperwork accurate rather than under-declaring parcels.

Email us as fast as you can with your order reference. There is a short window before the file goes to the print floor, and once printing has started the item is made specifically for you and cannot be cancelled. We will always tell you straight away which side of that line your order falls.

The Gildan 64000 Softstyle: 100% ring-spun cotton at 4.5 oz/yd² (153 g/m²), with twill taped shoulders, no side seams and a ribbed collar that holds its shape. It is a soft, lightweight fabric rather than a heavy one. Heather colours are 35% cotton and 65% polyester, Sport Grey and Antique shades are 90% cotton and 10% polyester, which is what gives them the flecked look. Every blank is OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified and made with US grown cotton.

A classic unisex fit that runs true to size, rather than the very fitted cut some graphic tees use. Full garment measurements in inches are on the size guide. If you are between sizes and want a looser drape, take the larger one.

Direct to garment printing with water based inks, which soak into the cotton rather than sitting on top as a plastic layer. The result is softer, more breathable, and it fades with the shirt instead of cracking and peeling off it.

Cold wash, inside out, with similar colours. Hang to dry if you can. Avoid ironing directly on the print and skip the tumble dryer on high heat. Treated that way the graphic will outlast the collar.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, then 14 days to post the shirt back at your own cost for a refund, as long as it is unworn and unwashed. Anything that arrives faulty, misprinted, damaged or not what you ordered is replaced or refunded in full, at no cost to you and with nothing to post back.

Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. You will not be asked to post the faulty item back. This is the whole reason we ask you to check the parcel when it arrives.
