Every item is printed after you order it, so there is a production step before it ships. Printing takes up to three business days. Delivery is then three to seven business days inside the United States, and ten to twenty business days internationally. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves the print house.

Orders are printed and dispatched from within the United States. We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, most of the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and Mexico. If your country is not in the checkout list, get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

Inside the United States, no. On international orders, any duties or import VAT are set by your own country and are not collected by us at checkout. They are payable by you on delivery. We keep the customs paperwork accurate rather than under-declaring parcels.

Email us as fast as you can with your order reference. There is a short window before the file goes to the print floor, and once printing has started the item is made specifically for you and cannot be cancelled. We will always tell you straight away which side of that line your order falls.

Ringspun combed cotton at around 6.0 oz, with shoulder to shoulder taping and a ribbed collar. Heather colours contain some polyester, which is what gives them the flecked look. The exact composition for each garment is listed on its product page.

True to size with a slightly relaxed body, rather than the very fitted cut some graphic tees use. Full garment measurements in inches are on the size guide. If you are between sizes and want a looser drape, take the larger one.

Direct to garment printing with water based inks, which soak into the cotton rather than sitting on top as a plastic layer. The result is softer, more breathable, and it fades with the shirt instead of cracking and peeling off it.

Cold wash, inside out, with similar colours. Hang to dry if you can. Avoid ironing directly on the print and skip the tumble dryer on high heat. Treated that way the graphic will outlast the collar.

Because each item is printed to order rather than picked from stock, we cannot resell a returned shirt, so we do not offer change of mind returns as standard. What we do offer is a free replacement or a full refund for anything that arrives faulty, misprinted, damaged, or not what you ordered.

Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. You will not be asked to post the faulty item back. This is the whole reason we ask you to check the parcel when it arrives.
