1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Steelwood Co. ("we", "us"). By browsing steelwood.co or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You confirm that the information you give us at checkout is accurate and complete.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Product images are photographs and digital mockups. Because every item is printed to order on cotton, small variations in print position, garment shade and measurement are normal and are not defects. Screen calibration also means colours may look different on your device to how they arrive.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, refunding you in full, where:

• An item or a price was listed in error
• We cannot fulfil to your address
• We suspect fraudulent or abusive use

Items are produced specifically for you after you order. Cancellation is only possible before production begins, as set out in the returns and refunds policy.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in USD and exclude sales tax unless stated. Any tax due is calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Payment is processed by Stripe. By paying you also accept Stripe's own terms. We do not receive or store your card details at any point.

We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already confirmed. International customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility, as described in the shipping policy.

6. Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full detail is in the shipping policy.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, photography, text, the Steelwood name and the Steelwood mark are owned by us or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.

Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical item. It does not transfer any rights in the design. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute or create derivative works from our artwork, including reprinting it onto other goods, without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
• Scrape, copy or systematically extract content except as a search engine would
• Interfere with the site's operation or security

9. Third party services

Fulfilment relies on Printify and its print providers, and payment relies on Stripe. Their availability is outside our control. Where a third party failure delays an order we will keep you informed and, where the order cannot be fulfilled, refund you in full.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the version published when you placed it. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Steelwood Co. is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
